About CompuPet.

CompuPet is a free-to-play virtual pet game. Feed, brush, play, and explore together. Your pet stays safe when life gets busy.

Accounts and purchases

This first version is for adult account holders age 18 and older. It does not offer child accounts, public profiles, or chat. Optional digital packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Coins and items have no cash redemption value.

The daily gift resets at midnight UTC. Garden treats and energy accumulate using server time. Rewards wait for your return up to the capacity shown in the game.

Data we use

We store your email address, a securely hashed password, your pet's progress, login activity, and purchase records. An essential sign-in cookie keeps you logged in. Account emails are used for verification and password recovery.

If you enable reminders, we store your browser's push subscription and time zone. You can turn reminders off in the garden or revoke notification access in your browser. Notifications have quiet hours from 9 pm to 9 am in your selected time zone.

When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site usage. Payment details are collected by Stripe, not stored by CompuPet. The admin area and account pages do not include the analytics beacon.

Support and data requests

For purchase help, refund requests, account access, or a request to access or delete your information, contact support@compupet.com. Purchase records may need to be retained for accounting and dispute resolution.
